WTO

This man is saving the American flag that had been ripped down. He was successful and remounted it in front of the King County Jail building. The only problem is that I don't remember which man is which! The other picture is from the 30,000 person AFL-CIO peaceful march. The orange hats were worn by 1200 union marshals used to guide the crowd. A truly historic event.

These two views show a rally that occurred "right above our heads". We live directly on the water beyond the crowd which is on a bluff above our building in both pictures.

A WTO delegate being roughed up trying to get to the convention.
